An extraordinary place that has been designed with sustainability in mind, from the architectural details to the dishes a place where mogu’s velvety natural mycelium surfaces meet the clean lines of Japanese architecture.
The interior of the base building was carefully arranged to create a robust canvas which the early stages of carbon-negative materials innovation were explored, starting with our Natural Plain Acoustic Panels which was created thanks to mycelium technology and using agro-industrial residues that cannot find other valuable applications in textile production processes
